What is included in the room rate?
The room rate inclusions are detailed in each hotel room selection on the site.
Please note the following is NOT included in your quoted rate: The city of Amsterdam applies an additional tourist tax (7%) on top of your reservation and an additional hotel fee of 3 euro per person per night.
Will my credit card be charged when I make a reservation?
No. We do require your credit card information to guarantee your reservation. The credit card on file will only be used in the event of a no show or cancelation out of policy (please see cancelation policy before booking). You will be required to bring a credit card to check into your hotel.
How many people can stay in the room?
Room accommodations including maximum persons in a room are detailed in each hotel room selection on the site.
The search result for my travel dates shows only a limited result. I’d like more choice.
What amenities are available at the hotels?
Al hotels have breakfast facilities. Many have a restaurant, meeting facilities, parking facilities, room safe and 24-hour reception. Some hotels have a lounge, fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, business facilities and a free airport shuttle. Read the full hotel descriptions to make your choice. If you have specific requirements, such as a wheelchair-accessible room, you can add these to the special requests section when making your reservation after you have selected your hotel and dates.
Can I get loyalty points for my stay?
Of course! Provided your chosen hotel has a loyalty programme, you can add your loyalty points membership number to your reservation during the reservation process or provide your details upon check-in.
Are the hotels COVID-19 proof?
The hotels and their staff do their utmost to ensure your safety during your stay. Each hotel has implemented safety guidelines in compliance with Dutch regulations as well as cleanliness and hygiene protocols of the highest standard. Your hotel’s website will provide detailed information on their current policies and how to proceed if you have questions, have special needs or feel unwell during your stay.
What if I need to cancel my reservation? Will I get a refund?
