We try to keep the booth prices as economic as possible. One price: no additional costs.

The smallest regular booth (2 x 4 m) has two white deluxe display tables 200 x 80 cm that need no cover including an 80 x 80 cm coffee table. The position of the booth is alongside the walls of the hall. This booth comes with 6 chairs. These booths have a white panel back wall of 4m wide.

All mid-size booths are 3 x 3 m or 3 x 4 m. These booth are placed in the middle of the hall in blocks of 4. All these booths are two sided open and have two back-walls.

Our large booths are 3 x 6 m or 3 x 8 m. These booths are 3-sides open and have a white panel wall along the full width of the booth.

In the booth you will have sufficient tables and chairs. To optimize the display space for your designs, the tables that are provided in these booths will be different to the ones for the 2 x 4 m booth.
We offer our booths “Turn Key”. This means you pay one price and one price only, no additional costs. The price is definitely all inclusive.

All inclusive means: Tables, Chairs, Lights, Back wall, Name sign, Power socket, WIFI, Promotion of your studio at our social media, Dustbin, Water, Coffee, Tea, Snacks, During the show we offer overnight storage.

There is also the possibility to share a booth. For sharing a booth we charge an extra € 200,- administration costs. For this fee you will be mentioned in all communications as a separate participating studio and you will be listed in the studio inventory list. Additional to that, you will also have your own name shield at your booth.
